Khuram Butt: LONDON Bridge attacker has been pictured out clubbing with friends in photos taken years before carrying out a terror plot that killed seven and injured 48.

The 27-year-old father of two is pictured smiling for the camera in pictures taken with friends and posted on Facebook.

The former KFC and London Underground worker later formed one part of a deadly trio that terrorised people on London Bridge and Borough Market after driving a van into pedestrians and stabbing people.

He was shot by police within eight minutes, along with fellow attackers, Rachid Redouane and Youssef Zaghba. Former schoolmates of the man told news men: “I just can’t believe what he has done. He used to out drinking and clubbing.”

“It’s really hypocritical that he attacked people for doing what he used to do.”

GOVERNMENT ACCUSSED OF ‘SMOKESCREEN’- Meanwhile the UK government is under pressure to reveal the contents of a report into sources of terrorist funding in the UK following the deadly attack at London Bridge.

Opposition MPs have called on the government to publish the details of a “sensitive” document that is investigates the source of terror funding.

It comes just one day out from the UK general election and after a horrific attack at London Bridge that killed seven people including two Australians, Sara Zelenak and Kirsty Boden.

MORE: Families speak of ‘absolute horror’- Brit James McMullan, Canadian Kirsty Archibald, and two French nationals, Sebastian Belanger and Alexandre Piegard have also been named by their families as victims.

Police have found a body believed to be that of Frenchman Xavier Thomas.
Spaniard Ignacio Echeverria is also missing.

In the days after the attack, shock has turned to anger with political parties putting security front and Center of their campaigns.

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has attacked Theresa May’s previous cuts to police budgets while working as Home Secretary, saying “you can’t keep this country safe on the cheap”.
He’s also urged the government to “get serious about cutting off the funding to these terror networks, including Isis here and in the Middle East.”

“It is disgraceful that the Conservative Government is suppressing its own report into terrorist funding. We will not shy away from the difficult conversations about who funds and supports terrorism,” he said.

Liberal Democrat MP Tom Brake also called out a “smokescreen” from Mrs. May covering up “what appears to be a serious failure of the Home Office”.

The Home Office said the publication of the report is a matter for the next government to decide. The UK government is also in the middle of trying to secure post-Brexit trade deals with Middle Eastern nations and has increased arms sales to Riyadh.

Critics say the weapons are fueling conflict and extremism across the Middle East. This week Saudi Arabia and six other countries cut ties with Qatar, accusing the country of supporting Islamic groups.
