Police are responding to reports of an active shooter in San Bernardino, Calif., where as many as 20 people have been injured, officials say.

Bernardino, California, are responding to an active shooting situation at a
social services facility.
The shooting took place at the
Inland Regional Center, a nonprofit that works with individuals with
developmental disabilities.
Fifteen people who were hiding in an interior office are now
being escorted out by police.
Officers at the scene referring to suspicious device as an
"IED" .
Improvised explosive device. First responders are being told
to keep their distance from the south building.
Not a good sign: a supervisor at the shooting scene is
requesting homicide detectives.
From police radio: Bomb technicians say the suspicious
device is "out of the norm." Officers evacuating the building now.
Will use a robot to remove the possible explosive, officer says over police radio.
Witnesses now telling police at the scene that there were
three gunmen. "They said without a doubt there were three with long
rifles.
